Being in Bohol, Philippines, it's almost a must to visit the area where these guys are hanging around. The Tarsier is sleeping during the daytime, unless there is tourists all over that wakes them up. At least I got a good photo, but a bit sorry for disturbing their well needed shut eye...

To hunt for the Kingfisher was without effort, there were so many of them by the river, and of different types. The difficulty was to get one in the frame. As they are small and moving quite fast from branch to branch and to feed on some fish in the water. Finally I got one that I'm satisfied with....

From just arriving to Chitwan, checked in the hotel and took a walk down the river. That's when I first stumbled upon this fellow. By the bank this guy feasted on some grass and old rain water. The first wild rhino I've seen wild, but certainly not the last here in Chitwan.

While resting after two weeks in the mountains, we found ourselves in the small village in Phalelung. Here a dear friend of mine grew up, and his family lives there. A beautiful remote place in the eastern Nepal rich of the Limbu culture.

The magnificent Mt Kanchanjunga, the third highest mountain in the world. Together with two friends we spent around two weeks trekking in this eastern part of Nepal. Laid at the border of Tibet, India and Nepal, this special area holds wonderful nature and views.

While staying in this place I took the opportunity to fly with the drone. DJI Mini 4. As the villagers were exited about this flying machine I captured this aerial photo of their home.
